By accessing and using the Nametags.ca website ("the Site") and placing orders with Nametags.ca ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

2. Products and Services

Nametags.ca provides custom name tags, name badges, and related identification products. All products are custom-made to your specifications. We make every effort to accurately display product colours, materials, and finishes on our website; however, actual products may vary slightly due to screen display settings and the nature of manufacturing processes.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain errors in pricing or product information.
• Applicable taxes will be added to your order total based on your shipping destination within Canada.
• Bulk and corporate orders may be subject to separate pricing and terms agreed upon in writing.

4. Custom Orders and Artwork

As our products are custom-made:

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, logos, and design specifications submitted with your order.
• By submitting logos, images, or other artwork, you represent that you have the right to use such materials and grant us permission to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We are not responsible for errors in spelling, content, or design that were provided or approved by the customer.
• Proofs, when provided, must be reviewed and approved before production begins. Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the design.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across Canada and may offer international shipping for select orders.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping times may vary depending on order complexity and shipping destination.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Nametags.ca is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to order:

• Custom name tags and badges are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or do not match the approved specifications.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or issue a refund for the affected items.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nametags.ca website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nametags.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to order products that contain offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability of our products beyond what is stated in our product descriptions. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
